You will learn to plan and conduct management system audits with the automotive approach and to evaluate the results appropriately using the PDCA approach. We teach you interview techniques that you can use to motivate interview partners.

Technical and/or business management training, experience in the automotive industry, personal characteristics according to ISO 19011 (clause 7.2).
